The control measurements to be checked are compared with the network data to ensure that the measurement data is correctly labeled and the correct measurements are recorded. To avoid confusion, FiberCloud may reject control measurements from connections that have not yet been reported as complete. You can import your network data in advance as master lists (address and cable lists) and, during the rollout, import the completion reports as Excel files. |
The results of the in-depth quality check are displayed using a traffic light system: Red: Error in what was measured, (e.g., limits for fiber, splice, and connector attenuation were exceeded) Yellow: Error in how the measurement was performed, (e.g., the measuring device settings or the measurement setup do not comply with the measurement procedure) Green: Everything is OK. FiberCloud can detect more than 100 different errors and problems, and the majority of these can be configured via profiles in FiberCloud (e.g., based on a measurement procedure). |
A list of open issues, missing or unassignable control measurements can be generated at any time. This ensures you always maintain a clear overview. Your primary goal is to be able to track down and resolve identified problems quickly and efficiently, enabling you to deliver and invoice on time and with high quality. |
